This is a premium, shared small group tour designed for 2 to 6 people. The tour will guarantee departure once 2 people are booked, and the group size is strictly capped at 6 people to ensure a high-quality experience.

If your party exceeds 6 people, you will be allocated into two separate independent vehicles. Because each vehicle operates as its own small group, we cannot promise coordinated parallel travel or matching paces between the cars, as it could disrupt the schedule or affect other guests. For a unified group experience, we recommend booking a private customized charter tour instead.

If you are a solo traveler and are willing to accept random pairing with a same-gender group member or the driver, the natural single room supplement will be waived. However, if you prefer to stay alone, you must pay the single room supplement before departure.

Mountain weather changes rapidly. If the Duku Highway is closed, a pre-arranged alternative route will be activated: Nalati ➔ pass through Gongnaisi Forestry Station ➔ Chahannuer Daban ➔ Tianshan Victory Tunnel ➔ Urumqi. You will also still get to enjoy the full digital journey via the "Meet Duku" XR Metaverse Interactive Experience Hall.

Yes, due to the limited trunk capacity of the 7-seat nanny van, each traveler is strictly restricted to one suitcase (sized between 24 and 26 inches, and not exceeding 28 inches). Oversized luggage cannot be accommodated.
